Service Description

This service is for a luxurious moisture treatment, Olaplex treatment or our MO ISO tea tree and argan treatment, scalp massage and basic trim. Our moisture treatment provides an instant makeover for dry thirsty strands. Our Tea tree treatment provides anti fungal and antibacterial benefits. It helps to soothe an itchy, flaky scalp whilst improving blood flow and balancing the ph level of the scalp. Argan moisturises the hair and scalp and helps to reduce breakage. Olaplex is perfect for colour treated, chemically treated, colour damaged or heat damaged hair. It makes your hair stronger by repairing the bonds inside whilst providing extra shine and smoothness. Benefits of our MO ISO scalp massage: reduces muscle tension, promotes hair growth, can help alleviate headaches and stimulate blood flow. If your ends are badly damaged and a basic cut is needed you will be advised during the service and additional charges will apply. Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Should we cancel on you at your request and you've provided sufficient notice your deposit is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Thank you Team MO ISO
