TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit minimum is required per person per service and must be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment. All our deposits are relative to the total value of the service.
If the deposit payment fails we have the right to cancel your booking.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to amend your appointment. We only accept amendments via email. Please advise us of the new date and time you require via email at email@example.com. Alternatively you can reschedule your appointment yourself. You simply need to become a site member of moiso.london. Please note if we are fully booked you will not be able to reschedule your service and our 72 hour notice period still applies when rescheduling yourself. If an appointment is rescheduled with less than the required notice period it will be cancelled and your deposit will no longer be transferable.
Bookings can only be rescheduled once unless we are the reason your service date and time has to change.
Deposits are valid for 3 months. If you have not rescheduled your appointment within 3 months of your original booking date your deposit will no longer be transferrable.
A Cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice or a NO SHOW will result in the loss of your deposit. We hold the right to cancel any prebooked appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given. Cancellations of this nature would only occur in exceptional circumstances such as illness or an unforeseen emergency.
In the unlikely event this should happen we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Unfortunately we may not be able to reschedule your appointment for the same month of your original appointment. Our diary can be fully booked upto 2 months in advance. If you no longer require your appointment a full refund will be issued on the card you paid with via Paypal. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued in cash. To cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org or you can become a site member and cancel your own service.
We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/shortening of your service. We understand unexpected events do happen so please email us at if you’re more than 15 minutes late. If we are still able to honour your appointment but have to decrease your service option the original service charge will still apply. Unacceptable lateness may result in service cancellation and deposit loss at our discretion.
We understand genuine circumstances arise that require a last minute cancellation or a NO SHOW, but we have a duty of care to our clients to keep their appointment times as well as to someone else who missed out on a service that you didn't arrive for. If you are a NO SHOW client and you would like to rebook a service with us the following terms will apply.
* Full payment of the outstanding balance of the missed service is required before you can book another service with us.
* Full pre-payment for your service will be required if you have been late or have been a no show for several appointments.
* We reserve the right to not provide a service to you if you have not attended your prebooked appointment more than once or you have given less than 72 hours notice of cancellation or no cancellation notice was provided at all.
We value your custom dearly. As a valued customer you will be entitled to a loyalty card. Every visit to the salon or premium freelance booking you will gain a stamp on your loyalty card. On your 5th visit with MO ISO you will receive a £15 discount off your service. Please remember to collect your loyalty card at the end of your service.
