Service Description

This is a 30 minute 1-1 service with our master stylist Natalie. It is your opportunity to discuss any concerns you have with your hair and gain advice on how best to proceed with your hair journey. For you to gain the best advice and optimal information we suggest attending this service with your hair freshly washed, detangled and dried so Natalie can assess your hair and it's current condition. Please do not attend this service with a wig, weave or braids as your hair can not be assessed that way. This service is for someone who is totally unsure of what is best for their hair. If your hair is breaking, shedding or both, the chances are you need to CUT IT! If it's extremely dry, brittle or damaged book one of our treat n trim services. Ultimately Natalie can advise you but her best area of expertise is with her hands. you'll gain the best results from her with a service and more often than not you know deep within your gut what to do your just not ready to do it. You don't need to book a consultation to hear an answer to a question you already know. We suggest in most cases to book a non invasive service like a wash and trim or treat and trim which will provide Natalie with the opportunity to work with your hair and advise you at the same time. (please refer to our styling and treatments section for further services). Only you know if this consultation service is for you. Please advise us of your concerns in the notes on your booking.


Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Should we cancel on you at your request and you've provided sufficient notice your deposit is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Thank you Team MO ISO
