Service Description

This service is for one of our specialty cuts and includes a moisture, tea tree and argan or olaplaex treatment. Our specialty cuts will have you feeling brand new, this feeling is heightened with one of our intensive treatments. Our moisture treatment will give your strands a make over. Our tea tree and organ treatment will have your scalp feeling tingly and soothe and if you have any chemical, colour or heat damage Olaplex will leave your strands feeling stronger. Please let us know what cut and treatment you desire in the description box below. Please advise in the notes if you have any scalp or hair conditions that could increase the length of the service or affect the finish. Price ranges are listed below and vary depending on the cut and treatment chosen. TREAT N TAPER £150 - Services start from £115 examples (bigger big chop & treatment)

Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Should we cancel on you at your request and you've provided sufficient notice your deposit is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Thank you Team MO ISO
