Service Description

This is for our signature MO ISO twist out only. Hair must be freshly washed and fully detangled in preparation for twist out styling. Please note the key to a successful twist out is healthy ends. If your hair requires a trim or a cut to achieve the desired finish the price will adjusted accordingly. Services start from £50 Twist out & trim from £60 Twist out & basic cut from £70 For one of our specialty cuts please refer to our cuts. All cuts come with a twist out finish except our Big Chop service.

Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Should we cancel on you at your request and you've provided sufficient notice your deposit is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Thank you Team MO ISO
