Service Description

This service if for a wash, Olaplex 3-4-5 steam treatment and a basic trim. It includes a twist out finish. (Shoulder length hair or shorter) This service is perfect for colour treated, chemically treated or colour damaged hair. It makes your hair stronger by repairing the bonds inside whilst providing extra shine and smoothness. If your ends are badly damaged and a cut is needed you will be advised during the service. Please advise in the notes if you have any scalp or hair conditions that could increase the length of the service or affect the outcome of the service. Please advise if you are allergic to any particular products. Services start from £130

Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund.
