Service Description

PLEASE NOTE: (This maintains a tapered cut done only by MO ISO within the last 5 months. If your cut was done longer than 5 months ago with us please book a full service.) It includes a twist out finish. If you have been to another stylist or barber since having The MO ISO Taper and they've altered the shape please book The MO ISO Taper instead. If your cut has been altered you will be charged for a Tapered cut and not the basic Taper. Please ensure your hair is freshly washed, fully detangled and easy to comb through in preparation for cutting and styling with no oil/product in the hair. Services start from £60 (additional charges apply if your service takes longer than the allocated hour.)

Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. They are all listed on the website. THE TERMS BELOW ARE FOR SALON SERVICES ONLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR MASTERCLASS ARE NOT OUTLINED HERE. Please arrive for the exact time of your service. You are not permitted to bring anyone with to your appointment, please come alone. Lateness over 10 minutes is subject to a £15 fee. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours to ensure your deposit is still valid. If you cancel on us with less than 72 hours notice prior to your booking your deposit will be lost and you can no longer be transferred to another appointment. If you cancel on the actual day of your booking you will be required to settle the balance of the cancelled service before you can book another appointment with MO ISO. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment you will be required to settle the balance of the missed service before you can book another appointment. We reserve the right to withhold services on any occasion if our terms are not adhered to. Should we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Should we cancel on you at your request and you've provided sufficient notice your deposit is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Thank you Team MO ISO
